Heritage Centre staff selected Redplum Media to develop a new Heritage Centre brand as well as a new website. The challenge was to showcase the Heritage Centre living environment, facility, and services, for the family members of potential residents who are unable to make an in-person tour.
First we added visual appeal to the site by photographing the facility. Second, we incorporated the new brand design elements and wrote creative copy. Third, we helped program the site so was fully functional and easy to administrate. Shortly after launch, Heritage Centre staff began receiving contact request forms from people across the state, region, and country.
