The Situation

No doubt, 18 to 34-year-olds are difficult to captivate. Capital Credit Union needed a multimedia campaign aimed at 18 to 34-year-olds. The campaign included billboards, radio, and online advertising.

The Solution

We focused the campaign on the idea that banking at CCU is easy. Research showed that for this specific audience, the pain and loop holes in the lending process were barriers for 18-34 year olds. This multimedia campaign received a national award (2nd Place from the National Credit Union for Millennial Marketing).
