First Community Credit Union is the largest credit union in the state of North Dakota and has a field membership that covers over a third of the state. FCCU branch locations include Bismarck (2), Hankinson, Jamestown (2), Fargo, Milnor, Napoleon, Oakes, Steele, Valley City, Wahpeton, Wishek, and now Portland. With 14 branches in both large and smaller markets, First Community Credit Union needed an updated brand image and marketing campaign to reach a diversified client base. This campaign included everything from a new logo, tagline, and in-house materials, to radio, billboard and a new design and approach to their website.

FCCU’s website is essentially a powerful web publishing platform, allowing FCCU to have complete control of editing, formatting and publishing unique content. With 14 branches across the state, this site allows FCCU to localize each branch with information, photos, staff, and contact info while maintaining a unified image.
