In an effort to re-evaluate its marketing communications, Buffalo City Tourism came to Redplum Media. This included evaluating its target audiences, what aspects of the community it should be promoting, and developing a new brand.
Redplum Media conducted marketing research, completed a communications audit, and surveyed key stakeholders in the community. Then, Redplum developed three in-depth consumer profiles, discovered a unique opportunity to attract people to the area by utilizing our natural resources, and finally, revamped all communications to speak to these audiences in a captivating and relevant manner.
